How to vote safely

Covid-19 info for Texas.

  • Early voting for the general election has been extended. It will begin on Oct. 13 and run through Oct. 30.

Absentee Voting = Vote By Mail = Mail-In Ballots

To vote by mail in Texas, you must be:

  • 65 years or older
  • Have a disability
    • Disability is defined as a sickness or physical condition that prevents a voter
  • Be out of the country on election day and during early voting
  • Or confined in jail, but otherwise be eligible
