Each order is custom-made and typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill before it’s shipped. Once shipped, delivery times within the U.S. can vary, but are usually 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities across the United States. Your order will be shipped from the location that can fulfill it most efficiently.
Before reaching out to us, please do the following:
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll see how we can help!
If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order—such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item—please contact us at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number, and we’ll work on resolving the issue promptly.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or if the wrong item was sent. If this applies to you, email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors at this time. To help ensure a good fit, please consult the sizing chart available on each product page before placing your order.
If you received a mislabelled item, let us know within a week of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
