In Pennsylvania, certain counties offer secure drop boxes for voters to return their mail-in or absentee ballots. Ballots should be submitted to the county election board’s designated location before 8 p.m. on Election Day. According to state law, voters must personally return their ballots unless they have authorized someone in writing to deliver it.
NOTE: You may also return your completed ballot to either your county election office or a satellite election office.
