To be eligible to vote you must be:
- A U.S. citizen
- An Arkansas resident
- 18 before or on Election Day
- Not presently adjudged mentally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction
- Not convicted of a felony without your sentence having been discharged or pardoned
